After a very long wait, (19 weeks to be exact), we have finally found out that we are having a little baby boy! Scott and I had no idea whether we were having a boy or a girl before the ultrasound, and were thrilled to hear the exciting news! The baby was extremely active during our ultrasound and it was incredible for us to be able to watch the screen
After looking at adorable baby clothes for months and not knowing what gender we were having, I couldn't wait to go find a little cute outfit for our baby boy. (It's unbelievable how gendered baby clothing is, and although I don't want ALL blue clothing, I couldn't pass up on this little outfit from Old Navy - A little onsie and matching hat and a navy blue hooded sweatshirt for when he's a little older!) Scott has been trying to reel me in, but it's just so fun knowing that we're having a little boy!
We had a very overwhelming experience yesterday, driving down to Nashua, NH and registering at Babies "R" Us! Neither of us had ever stepped foot in a store like that and it was an eye-opener to say the least. There were so many baby items that we never even knew existed, and although we had fun cruising the aisles, we only registered for about 1/3 of the things on the list they gave us of things we "need." We had a great time picking out different items, but Scott was definitely glad to leave the store after 2 hours!

We are excited for our last minute getaway to South Carolina, even though our flight leaves at 6:00 am tomorrow morning! We're going to enjoy a few days in the sun - playing tennis, swimming in a nice heated pool (and maybe even the ocean), and hopefully enjoying some warmer weather. We'll post a few pictures when we get back!
