A Fun Family Weekend

We had a wonderful few days of family fun last weekend! My 13 year old cousin, Lizzy, spent the month of July living with my parents and attending KAT Company. KAT stands for the Kearsarge Arts Theater Company and is an amazing program that my sister and I were both involved with when we were younger. Lizzy participated in the chorus and dance programs and also performed in the Youth Theater production of Godspell. Since we live in the same town as my parents we really enjoyed spending some time with Lizzy this summer. We had her over for a few fun nights of Bananagrams and watching Harry Potter on TV (my parents don't have a TV, so she was a bit deprived this summer). During the long weekend of her performances, her parents and my other aunt and uncle and cousins, along with my grandparents all gathered for a fun weekend of swimming, catching up and of course, going to Lizzy's incredible play! She did a great job and it was so fun to spend time with my extended family! Here are some pictures from the weekend...

Lizzy and Camden...

Camden is into taking his clothes off these days!

Lizzy and Alyse (a CSC student living with my parents this summer. She and Lizzy really enjoyed spending time together)...

Caren and Dave's farm...they hosted a wonderful lunch for everyone!

Showing off their two pigs!

They also have lots of chickens and we can't wait to have fresh eggs from them!

Camden and Bepa checking out the pigs - Camden couldn't get enough!

We'll miss having Lizzy around!

Clara and her Great-Grandma Sylvia!

Scott and I had fun swimming together! Scott was attempting to launch me off his shoulders here...

Camden running around with his cousin (and one of my cousins) on the town green in New London...

We all gathered on the green for pizza and subs after one of Lizzy's performances...

Linds, I love this post! Great photos! The one of Clara by herself is amazing! She looks like she's so much older! You can almost see what she will look like as a teen or young adult! Crazy!
